基于企业和居民参与的社区规划编制创新--以厦门市兴旺社区规划为例

摘要

随着城市新区规划建设进入成熟稳定阶段，新型城镇化对“人的城市化”的重视，社区将是未来中国规划师工作的主要场所之一。该文以厦门市兴旺社区为例，探讨位于城市边缘区、居住和产业园区融合的社区规划，构建多方参与的“社区工作坊”，以企业和居民共同参与的编制创新，提出“物质-管理-认同”三个层次的社区规划策略，并以社区发展的具体项目为抓手落实行动计划。%With new urban districts construction stepping into a stably mature stage and new urbanization's stress on "human urbanization", community will be one of the main working places for Chinese planners. Based on the case of Xingwang Community in Xiamen, the planning for communities in ur-ban fringe and the combined community of residential area and industrial park are discussed, and it is proposed that the "community work place" with many parties involved should be established. And based on the compilation innovation with common participation of enterprises and residents, the com-munity planning strategy of "material-management-identification" is presented and the specific items for community development are taken to accomplish the whole planning.
