近年来,建筑行业的快速转型以及BIM技术的迅速发展,为建筑精益设计提供了机会.该文结合实际项目,以异形复杂形体建筑设计为研究载体,参考精益制造相关理论,探索BIM技术在建筑精细化设计中的应用,通过相对较为先进的三维设计技术,使大量二维设计方式不便完成的工作得以更有效率地完成,获得对项目质量和成本的更好把控;结合BIM设计的技术优势,优化建筑设计的工作流程,以及各专业协同设计的具体配合方法;基于BIM技术在建筑设计阶段中的应用,进行问题分析与策略研究. 探索BIM技术与建筑精细化设计的有机结合,为建筑设计发展提出新思路.%In recent years,the rapid transformation of construction industry and the rapid development of BIM technology provide broad opportunities for the architectural lean design. Based on the actual case study of special-shaped complex, and lean manufacturing-related theories, the application of BIM technology in architectural lean design, with the relatively advanced 3D design technology, a lot of work which cannot be done with 2D design technology can be done more efficiently, project quality and cost can be better controlled and the working process of the architectural design and the spe-cific coordinating methods can be optimized. Based on the application of BIM technology in architecture design phase,problems are analyzed with strategies studied. The exploration to the combination of BIM technology of architectural lean design can offer the new development ideas for architec-tural design.
