隔膜法烧碱改造为离子膜法烧碱的工艺讨论

摘要

介绍了隔膜法烧碱工艺和离子膜法烧碱工艺的区别，提出将隔膜法烧碱改造为离子膜法烧碱，指出了厂房、设备等利旧的可行性以及采用n-BiTAC型电解槽工艺的改造优势。%The differences between diaphragm process and ion-exchange membrane process for caustic soda production are introduced .The transformation of caustic soda production from diaphragm process into ion-exchange membrane process is proposed .The feasibility of reusing the present workshop and equipment is pointed out as well as the advantages of using n-BiTAC electrolyzers in transformation .
