伤科黄水对行全膝关节置换术患者术后膝关节功能的影响

摘要

AIM To observe the effects of Shangke Huangshui Gauze (Scutellariae Radix,Coptidis Rhizoma,Phellodendri chinensis Cortex,etc.) on postoperative knee joint pain,swelling degree and functional recovery in patients following total knee arthroplasty (TKA).METHODS Eighty patients receiving TKA and routine care in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (FHTCM) from 2015.1 to 2016.1 were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were given external use of Shangke Huangshui Gauze.The swelling degree,the score of VAS,and the score of HSS in the two groups were compared.RESULTS On the 7th,14th and 30th days after the surgery,the swelling degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.On the 7th,14th days,VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.In the 1st,3rd and 6th months after the surgery,patients in the two groups got higher HSS scores,but HSS scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.All the differences had statistical significances (P ＜ 0.05).CONCLUSION The long-term external use of Shangke Huangshui Gauze can effectively relieve postoperative pain and swelling,and improve knee joint function in patients following TKA.%目的 观察伤科黄水(黄芩、黄连、黄柏等)对行全膝关节置换术患者术后膝关节疼痛、肿胀程度及功能恢复的影响.方法 取2015.01-2016.01佛山市中医院关节科行全膝关节置换术和常规护理的80例患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者外敷伤科黄水.比较2组术后肿胀程度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及膝关节HSS功能评分.结果 术后7d、14 d、1个月观察组肿胀程度低于对照组.7、14 d观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组.术后1、3、6个月2组患者膝关节HSS功能评分均较术前增高,但观察组显著高于对照组.所有差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 长期伤科黄水外敷可有效缓解行全膝关节置换术患者术后疼痛及肿胀,改善膝关节功能.
