Objective To explore the problems of and solutions to sound localization in children with unilateral cochlear implants.Methods 58 children with unilateral cochlear implants were selected for sound localization test in different distances with various sound (natural sound,familiar person's and strangers'voice) and auditory energy analysis,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward Results Subjects accurately detected the position of near natural sound and familiar person's voice,performed well to near strangers voice,had troubles in localizing long distance sounds including natural sound,familiar person's voice and strangers' voice.Conclusion The sound localization of children with unilateral CI is weaker than that of children with binaural hearing devices.Bilateral hearing devices and long-term hearing and speech rehabilitation are recommended.%目的 探讨单耳植入人工耳蜗儿童声源定向的问题及解决方案.方法 选择58名单侧人工耳蜗植入听障儿童进行不同距离、不同声音(自然声、熟悉的人、陌生人)的声源定位测试与听能情况分析,并提出相应对策.结果 被试对近距离自然声、熟悉人声音可以准确定位,对近距离陌生人的声音定位较好,远距离自然声、熟悉人、陌生人的声音定位较为困难.结论 单耳植入人工耳蜗儿童声源定向能力弱于双耳配戴助听辅具儿童,应尽量选择双耳配戴助听辅具,并进行长期的听觉言语康复训练.
