人工耳蜗植入术后合并植入体部位感染1例

摘要

To analyze the possible causes of severe infection and to avoid the appearance of similar infection through a case study of cochlear implant infection after surgery. To summarize the experience of treatment, for patient whose postoperative infection cannot be controlled and developed into abscess after cochlear implantation, immediately drainage is the effective way to solve the problem.%通过对1例人工耳蜗植入术后合并植入体部位感染及治疗病例的报告,分析出现严重感染的可能原因及治疗方法 ,对于药物无法控制的术后感染、脓肿形成患者,及时切开引流是解决问题的有效办法.
