目的 通过1例学龄听障儿童的康复实践,探索大龄听障患者听觉言语康复的方法 .方法 使用听觉、言语功能评估工具对1例大龄听障儿童人工耳蜗的听觉言语能力进行为期六个月的跟踪评估,每评估周期间进行听觉康复和言语矫治.结果 该患者助听补偿效果为最适;经过半年的听觉言语康复,听觉识别准确率达74%,言语构音清晰度达47.22%.结论 学龄听障儿童植入人工耳蜗后,利用基本的听觉言语训练方法 ,坚持科学系统的学习训练,可以得到有效康复.%Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the method of hearing and speech rehabilitation for the older hearing-impaired children through a case study on the rehabilitation of a school-age hearing-impaired child. Methods The auditory speech was assessed by the auditory speech function assessment tool. The hearing rehabilitation was performed by using the differentiating graphic training method, the feature prompting method, and the action matching method. The speech therapy was performed by the yawning-sighing method and the vocal cord relaxation training. They were used to evaluate the auditory speech of a cochlear implant capacity for a six-month follow-up assessment.Results The results of hearing compensation quantity assessment were in the scope of "optimal". After six months of hearing and speech rehabilitation, the accuracy of auditory recognition was 74%, and the speech articulation was 47.22%.Conclusion The children with hearing impairment who underwent cochlear implantation, using the basic hearing and speech training methods, and adhering to the scientific system of learning and training, can also hope to get rehabilitation; hearing and speech training methods and techniques for deaf children apply equally to the older hearing impaired children.
