目的 探讨邢台县农村空巢老人高血压患病率及影响因素.方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法,对邢台县10个行政村的60岁以上的空巢老人进行问卷调查和血压测量.结果 10个行政村共有空巢老人248人,高血压患病率为55.4%(135/248);农村空巢老人高血压相关影响因素有:吸烟、饮酒、高盐饮食、缺乏运动等;高血压患者的知晓率、管理率和控制率分别为25.9%、20.0%、3.7%.结论 邢台县农村空巢老人的高血压患病率较高,对农村空巢老人高血压预防控制措施亟待加强.%Objective To investigate the current status of hypertension and to analyze its influence factors among empty-nest rural elderly in Xingtai County. Methods A questionnaire suvey and blood pressure measurements were performed among the empty-nest elderly aged above 60 years old in ten administrative villages of Xingtai County using a cluster random sampling method. Results There was a total of 248 empty-nest elderly living in ten administrative villages, with the prevalence of hypertension being 55.4％ (135/248). The related factor of hypertension in empty nest rural elderly included smoking, alcohol use, high salt diet and physical inactivity. The rates of awareness, management, and control of hypertension were 25.9％, 20.0％ and 3.7％, respectively. Conclusion There is a high prevalence of hypertension among empty-nest rural elderly in Xingtai County. Theretore, prevention and control measures of hypertension should be strengthened for empty-nest rural elderly.
