辛伐他汀对慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠白细胞介素-6基质金属蛋白酶-9表达的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of simvastatin on the expression of IL-6 and MMP-9 in COPD rats.Methods Wistar rats were randomized into normal control group(group A), COPD group (group B) and simvastatin treated group (group C).We detected the expression of IL-6 in serum and MMP-9 in lung tissue using radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry respectively.Results The expression of IL-6 and MMP-9 in group B were significantly increased compared with group A(P＜0.05), in group C they remarkably decreased (P＜0.05) compared with group B.Conclusion Simvastatin may reduce the expression of IL-6 and MMP-9 to inhibit the chronic inflammation of the COPD.%目的 探讨辛伐他汀早期干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠白细胞介素(IL)-6和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9表达的影响.方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、COPD模型组(B组)、辛伐他汀干预组(C组).采用放射免疫法测血清IL-6水平,免疫组织化学法测肺组织 MMP-9表达.结果 B组大鼠IL-6和MMP-9的表达明显高于A组(P<0.05);C组IL-6和MMP-9的表达明显低于B组(P<0.05).结论 辛伐他汀对 COPD慢性炎症有抑制作用,可降低 IL-6和MMP-9的表达.
