目的 对太原地区性病门诊泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染状况和基因分型进行初步研究.方法 收集2008-2011年门诊疑诊为沙眼衣原体泌尿生殖道感染患者的尿道或宫颈分泌物标本,应用英国立明视窗沙眼衣原体抗原检测试剂盒检测,阳性标本部分进行细胞培养,并应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)法进行基因分型.结果 4年共收集2388例临床标本,检测出抗原阳性者365例,各年度感染率比较整体呈下降趋势,男女感染率之比为2.2∶1,感染高峰年龄为21～40岁.取137例临床标本进行细胞培养,阳性52株,阳性率为38.0％,分型得到E型48株、D型4株.结论 太原地区性病门诊人群中泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染有较高的发病率,E型为主要基因型,尚需扩大样本量进一步研究.%Objective To investigate Chlamydia trachomatis infection and genotypes in out-patients of sexually transmitted disease (STD) clinics in Taiyuan. Methods We collected the urethral or cervical secretion of out-patients with susceptible urogenital tract C. Trachomatis infection, between 2008 and 2011, for examination of C. Trachomatis by using ClearviewTM antigen assay kit (UK). A subgroup of positive specimens were subjected to culturing and genotyping via polymerase chain reaction-restriction fraction length polymorphism. Results Of the 2387 specimens within the four years, 365 tested positive to C. Trachomatis antigen. There was a trend towards reduced annual incidence of infection among the population, with a male-to-female ratio of 2.2:1 and peak age of onset of 21-40 years. Of 137 clinical specimens sent for C. Trachomatis culturing, 52 strains (48 of type E and 4 of type D) tested positive, thus resulting in a positive rate of 38.0%. Conclusion A comparatively high incidence rate of urogenital tract C. Trachomatis infection, mostly genotyped as type E, in out-patients of STD clinic in Taiyuan deserves further large-scale study.
