银屑病患者皮肤间充质干细胞胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白5mRNA表达的研究

摘要

目的 研究银屑病患者皮肤间充质干细胞胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白5(IGFBP5)的mRNA表达,以了解银屑病皮损局部血管形成异常的分子机制.方法 分离扩增银屑病皮损及正常皮肤间充质干细胞,采用实时定量反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测IGFBP5 mRNA表达.结果 银屑病患者皮肤间充质干细胞IGFBP5 mRNA表达水平较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 银屑病患者皮肤间充质干细胞IGFBP5 mRNA表达降低可能与皮损局部血管形成增加及角质形成细胞增殖活性增高有关.%Objective To investigate the insulin-like growth factor binding protein 5 (IGFBP5)Mrna expression of skin mesenchyma stem cells (SMSCs) in patients with psoriasis so as to understand the molecular mechanism of angiopoiesis abnormality in local lesion. Methods SMSCs were isolated from psoriatic patients and normal people, and the expression of IGFBP5 Mrna was detected using real time RT-PCR. Results The expressions of IGFBPS in SMSCs from patients with psoriasis were relatively lower than those from normal controls (P<0.05). Conclusion The decreased expression of IGFBP5 might be related with increased angiopoiesis and increased proliferation activity of keratinocyte in patients with psoriasis.
