Objective To analyze the collaborated publication among 6811 currently available articles on hy-pertensive heart disease in China, and to provide reference information for decision-making and research. Methods Keyword searching of data platforms was conducted. The resultant original data were screened, and subsequently ana-lyzed by using bibliometrics, social network analysis and visualization mapping. Results The amount of relevant liter-ature in the field of hypertension heart disease in China was found to be increasing rapidly, showing an exponential growth after 1990. However, the overall level of collaborated publication was low with regard to tightness, scale and intensity of cooperation among authors, institutes and regions. An apparent imbalance in geographical distribution of the collaborations was also noted. Conclusion It is recommendable that studies and health educations about hyper-tensive heart disease be enhanced, and that researchers be encouraged to strengthen inter-institutional, inter-regional and even international collaborations in publication. Meanwhile, policy guidance is expected to improve the imbalance in scientific research across regions and ultimately to achieve coordinated development in the whole country.%目的 分析中国既有6811篇高血压性心脏病论文合作情况,为相关决策和研究开展提供参考依据.方法 以主题词在数据平台进行检索,对原始数据进行筛选后采用科学计量学、社会网络分析和可视化分析.结果 中国高血压性心脏病研究论文处于快速增长阶段,1990年后出现指数式增长.论文合作程度总体偏低,作者、机构、区域间合作紧密程度、合作规模和强度均不大.同时存在明显的地理分布不均衡性.结论 提示应加大科研力度和健康教育,鼓励研究者加强跨机构跨区域乃至跨国合作,同时通过政策引导改善各区域科研发展不均衡的情况,实现协同发展.
