目的 了解2017年成都市成华区法定传染病流行特征及发病趋势, 为制定防制措施提供科学依据.方法 收集"传染病报告信息管理系统"中报告的2017年成华区法定传染病疫情资料, 采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析.结果2017年成华区报告法定传染病20种3 845例, 报告发病率为418.24/10万, 无甲类传染病报告;报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为:手足口病、其它感染性腹泻病、梅毒、肺结核和乙肝, 占法定传染病总数的81.14％.男女性别比为1.44:1, 男性发病率高于女性, 发病职业构成以散居儿童和托幼儿童为主, 占病例总数的56.46％.乙类传染病构成中, 血源及性传播传染病居首位, 占65.44％;呼吸道传染病居第2位, 占27.93％;肠道传染病居第3位, 占6.48％.结论 成华区传染病防控工作仍需加强;重点病种有梅毒、乙肝、艾滋病、肺结核、手足口病和其它感染性腹泻病;重点人群为散居儿童、托幼儿童、家务及待业人员、离退人员和农民.%OBjECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Chenghua District in 2017, so as to provide the scientific evidence for disease control and prevention planning. METHODS The data of notifiable infectious diseases in Chenghua District in 2017 were collected from the Disease Reporting Information System, and analyzed by using the descriptive epidemiological methods. RESULTS In total of 20 kinds of class A, B and C notifiable infectious disease were reported in Chenghua District with sum of 3 845 cases, and the annual reported incidence rate was 418.24/lakh. The top 5 infectious diseases were hand-foot-mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea, syphilis, pulmonary tuberculosis and hepatitis B, accounting for 81.14％ of the total cases. The annual incidence rate of the male was higher than the female. These cases were mainly scattered children and kindergarten children, accounting for 56.46％ of the total cases. Among class B communicable diseases, the incidence rate of blood/sexually transmitted infectious diseases was the highest (65.44％) followed by respiratory infectious disease (27.93％), intestinal infectious diseases (6.48％). CONCLUSION It should strengthen that the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Chenghua District. The key infectious diseases included syphilis, hepatitis B, HIV/AIDS, pulmonary tuberculosis, hand-foot-mouth disease and other infectious diarrhea. The key group were scattered children, kindergarten children, household workers, retired people and farmers.
