目的：分析中国与中上收入国家、高收入国家卫生投入上的差距，为中国卫生政策的调整提供参考。方法：利用2008年至2013年《世界卫生统计年鉴》相关数据，采用对比分析法，从卫生总费用、政府卫生支出、人均卫生总费用三个方面，对比中国卫生投入与中上收入国家、高收入国家的差距。结果：2010年，中国与中上收入国家、高收入国家卫生总费用占GDP的比例均值分别为5.0%、6%、12.4%；政府卫生支出占卫生总费用的比例分别为54.3%、55.5%、61.8%；政府卫生支出占政府总支出的比例分别为12.1%、11.6%、17.3%；人均政府卫生支出分别为119、211、3026美元；人均卫生总费用分别为219、384、4828美元。结论：中国卫生投入不足，政府投入力度不够。建议多渠道加大国家卫生投入，强化政府职责，进一步加大政府卫生投入力度。%Objective:To analyze the gap of health finacing investment between China and upper middle income countries, China and high income countries so as to provide references for the modiifcation of China's health policy.Methods:The method of comparative analysis was used to analyze the gap of health finacing investment between China and upper middle countries, China and high income countries from aspects of total health expenditure, government health expenditure and per capita total health expenditure. The relevant data were derived from “World Health Statistic Yearbook (2008-2013)”. Results:The proportions of total expenditure on health to GDP as percentage were 5%, 6%, 12.4%, respectively in China, upper middle income countries, and high income countries in 2010. The proportions of government expenditure on health as percentage to total expenditure on health were 54.3%, 55.5%, 61.8%, respectively. The proportions of per capita government expenditure on health as percentage to total government expenditure were 12.1%, 11.6%, 17.3%, respectively. Per capita government expenditure on health ($) were $119, $211, $3026, respectively. Per capita total expenditure on health were $219, $384, $4828, respectively.Conclusion:China's health ifnancing investment and government expenditure on health were insufifcient. It is recommended that China should increase the total health ifnancing investment through multiple channels, enhance government responsibilities and make further efforts to increase government expenditure on health.
