广东省执业药师继续教育满意度和需求调查

摘要

Objective: To assess continuing pharmacy education (CPE) satisfaction and demands of the licensed pharmacists in Guangdong Province, and offer suggestions on how to improve the continuing pharmacy education. Methods: Questionnaire surveys were conducted on-site or via web-based tools. A total of 747 questionnaires were sent out, 527 were collected, and 491 questionnaires were effective (response rate 65.7%).Results:Most pharmacists interviewed were satisfied with continuing pharmacy education provided in Guangdong Province during the past three years (2012-2014). CPE demands of pharmacists in Guangdong identiifed by this survey included CPE faculty should have practicing experience and be qualified as licensed pharmacists; a majority of the pharmacists preferred web-based long-distance learning; CPE activities should be developed based on different practicing areas (drug manufacturing, drug distribution and drug use), based on pharmacist’s educational background (pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine). In addition, pharmacists interviewed would like to improve professional skills such as pharmaceutical service, management and communication. Conclusion:Continuous development and improvement of CPE program in Guangdong Province should focus on recruiting more qualiifed CPE faculties, increasing diversiifed CPE activities, improving web-based long-distance learning,designing CPE activities based on practicing areas and educational needs of pharmacists, and developing and applying CPE standards.%目的：深入了解广东省不同领域执业药师对继续教育的满意度和需求，为进一步提高广东省执业药师继续教育的质量提供建议。方法：通过现场问卷和网络问卷进行调查，共发放问卷747份，收回有效问卷491份（有效回收率65.7%）。结果：参加本次调查的广东省注册执业药师对近3年（2012-2014年）的继续教育课程比较满意。广东省执业药师对继续教育的需求主要体现在：期望师资具备执业药师资格和执业经验，最欢迎网络远程教育形式；支持继续教育分领域（生产／批发／使用）、分类别（药学/中药学）开设；期望提高自己的药学服务能力、管理能力、沟通能力等。结论：今后，广东省执业药师继续教育应进一步着眼于加强师资队伍建设，丰富继续教育形式，大力发展网络远程教育，分类别、分领域设计执业药师继续教育内容，建立和推广规范化的课程标准。
