桥接组合式内固定系统治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折

         

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of bridge combined internal fixation system in the treatment of comminuted femoral shaft fracture. Methods From March 2008 to March 2012, 45 patients with comminuted femoral shaft fracture were treated by bridge combined fracture internal fixation system in Yan'an Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University. Operative time, estimate blood loss, healing time of fracture, as well as limb function recovery were evaluated. Results All patients were followed up from 12 to 24 months (average, 18 months), operative time was 1.0-2.5 h (average, 1.5 h), estimate blood loss was 100-400 mL (average, 200 mL), healing time of fracture was from 4.0 to 6.0 months (average, 4.5 months). During the follow-up, no serious complications such as wound infection, bone nonunion, internal fixation loosening or breakage had happened. According to Sanders limb function assessment, there were excellent in 40 cases, good in 2 cases, and fair in 3 cases, with the excellent and good rate was 93% (42/45). Conclusion Bridge combined internal fixation system is a new choice for comminuted femoral shaft fracture due to its advantages of relative simple operation and satisfactory clinical results.%目的:探讨桥接组合式内固定系统治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2008年3月至2012年3月昆明医科大学附属延安医院采用桥接组合式骨折内固定系统治疗的45例股骨干粉碎骨折患者的临床资料,评估手术时间、出血量、骨折愈合时间及肢体功能恢复情况。结果45例患者获随访12~24个月(平均18个月),手术时间1.0~2.5 h(平均1.5 h)、出血量100~400 mL(平均200 mL)、骨折愈合时间4.0~6.0个月(平均4.5个月)。随访期间未见伤口感染,骨不愈合,内固定松动、断裂等严重并发症。术后Sanders肢体功能评价:优40例、良2例、可3例,优良率为93%(42/45)。结论桥接组合式内固定系统操作简单、临床疗效满意,是股骨干粉碎骨折治疗的一种新选择。
