The Science of Happiness is the new scientifc feld of Psychology since 2000. It has great impact on life science and becomes the theoretical foundation of Happy Management of Life and Senior Care. Based on the theory of Happy Senior Care, "Nursing Care" was suggested to upgrade to "Grand Care", including New Goal/Standard—Happier Life, New Principle/Skill—more focus on respect the need and right of the multi-level whole life of seniors care, and New MissionSenior care professionals should become a "manager" of the senior care system with comprehensive skills, in order to fulfll the responsibility for senior's happy life.%幸福科学作为 21 世纪初从心理学发展出来的新兴学科体系,即积极心理学的重点研究内容,其 20 年来的研究成果已经成为生命科学及幸福生命管理 / 幸福养老的理论依据.根据幸福科学理念,为了帮助老年人更成功地养老,老年护理学应由"护理"上升为"大照护"(Grand Care),包括新的高度(标准),即幸福养老;新的原则,即尊重老年人全生命周期多层次的需求和权益,深入挖掘老年人的优势和生命价值 ;新的使命,即成为符合老年人全人照护体系中具备综合服务技能的操盘手,构建幸福养老生态圈,确保老年人幸福养老.
