With the development of the economics and medical insurance, life is prolonging and the increase of old people becomes an important social problems in 21 century. This article introduces the background, contents, ideas, law, cost and care givers'training of the Japanese nursing-care system, explains the necessary of developing nursingcare career in order to solve aged-supporting problems, and proposes suggestions about compiling nursing-care training materials in accordance with national or provincial condition, constructing the vocational training and access system in order to start old-age nursing-care work successfully.%随着社会经济和医疗保健的进步与发展,人的寿命不断延长,老年人口所占比例急剧增加已成为21世纪一个重要的社会问题.该文对日本介护事业的产生、工作范畴及其理念,相关法规、费用的负担与介护护士的培训进行了介绍,并就我国开展老年介护事业对解决好养老问题的必要性作了阐述,同时提出要顺利开展老年介护工作必须全面启动编写符合国情的介护专业培训教材和介护职业资格培训与准入制度等建议.
