目的:调查了解再就业护士工作适应障碍现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用工作适应障碍量表、组织支持感量表、护士压力源量表及护士职业认同量表对江苏省某三级甲等医院74名有其他医院护理工作经验,离职后至该医院再次就业并且工作满半年的再就业护士进行问卷调查。结果:再就业护士的工作适应障碍总分为(22.60±3.74)分,高于国内常模;多元回归分析显示,护士工作压力源、变动工作频次是再就业护士工作适应障碍的影响因素。结论:护理管理者应分析再就业护士工作压力源的由来,采取针对性措施,以降低再就业护士的工作压力,提高再就业护士对新医院和新工作的满意度与忠诚度,降低离职率。%Objective:To investigate the current status and influencing factors of work adjustment disorder among reemployment nurses. Methods:Totally 74 reemployment nurses who worked in a tertiary Grade A hospital in Jiangsu province for over half a year were recruited and interviewed by the Work Adjustment Disorder Scale, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, Nurse Stressors Scale, and Nurse Career Identity Scale. Results:The mean score of work adjustment disorder among reemployment nurses was (22.60±3.74). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nurse working stressors and job-hopping frequency were the predictors of work adjustment disorder among reemployment nurses. Conclusion:Nursing managers should analyze the reasons of working stressors among reemployment nurses, take effective measures to reduce their stress, pay attention to cultivate reemployment nurses' satisfaction and loyalty to the hospital and decrease their job-hopping frequency.
