患者对化疗相关性恶心呕吐管理的智能手机应用程序需求调查

摘要

Objective: To investigate the chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting smart phone application among chemotherapy patients. Method: Convenience sampling method was performed. Totally 335 chemotherapy patients were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Results: The total average score of demand for CINV app was (4.10±1.12). The top three requirements are the "function" (4.36±1.02), professional consultation (4.28±1.61), guidelines (4.14±1.10). Conclusion: Patients with different education level, occupation and main caregivers have different demands for CINV app. The CINV app design should be guided by the demand of the patients with different background, to make the mobile nursing more personalized, and to improve the efficiency and quality of the follow-up.%目的:调查化疗患者对化疗相关性恶心呕吐(Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting,CINV)管理应用程序(App)的需求,从而为智能手机CINV应用程序功能设计和开发提供理论参考依据,提高随访的效率和质量.方法:采用自行设计的智能手机CINV应用程序功能需求调查问卷,对北京市2所三级甲等医院住院的335例诊断为恶性肿瘤且行化疗的患者进行调查.结果:335例化疗患者对CINV应用程序的需求总均分为(4.10±1.12)分,得分较高的前3位的模块分别是:使用功能(4.36±1.02)分、专业咨询(4.28±1.61)分、用药指导(4.14±1.10)分.不同教育程度、职业、主要照顾者的患者对CINV手机应用程序的需求差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:患者对化疗相关性恶心呕吐手机软件的使用功能有较高的需求,希望在化疗间歇期得到更专业的指导,不同教育程度、职业、主要照顾者的患者对于CINV手机应用程序的设计要兼顾不同背景患者的需求,做到差异性照护,才能使移动护理得到持续改进,从而不断提高随访的效率和质量.
