内蒙古地区大学生对心理咨询的预期

摘要

目的:调查内蒙古地区大学生心理咨询预期的现状.方法:用方便抽样法,选取内蒙古自治区3所大学680名不同年级、性别、民族的大学生.用心理咨询预期简表(EAC-B)和自编心理咨询经验调查表进行施测.结果:被试对"咨询师素质与技能"的预期高于对"来访者个人投人"的预期,P<0.001;女大学生在对"咨询师素质与技能"上较男性大学生具有更为积极的预期(P=0.002),大学生对"咨询师素质和技能"的预期存在年级差异(P<0.001),一年级高于二、四年级,二年级低于一、三年级.有直接咨询经验者(n=134)对"咨询师素质与技能"的预期低于有间接经验者(n=380)和无咨询经验者(n=166)(P<0.001).结论:内蒙古地区大学生对心理咨询预期在性别、年级和咨询经验方面表现出差异.在咨询师培训和咨询过程中应关注大学生的咨询预期并探索使其更为现实的方法.%Objective: To investigate the college students'expectation about counseling in Inner Mongolia.Methods: A total of 680 college students were selected from different colleges in Inner Mongolia by convenience sampling. They were assessed with the Expectations about Counseling-Brief Form (EAC-B) and the self-made investigation on experience of counseling. Results: The expectations about Counselor Quality and Skills were significantly higher than that about Personal Commitment ( P ＜ 0. 001 ). The female students showed significantly higher expectation about counselor quality and skills than male students (P ＜ 0. 01). The expectations in freshmen were higher than that in sophomores and seniors (P ＜0. 001), and the expectations in sophomores were lower than that in freshmen and juniors. The expectations in the students with prior experience of counseling (n= 134) were lower than those with indirect experience (n= 380) and without experience of counseling (n= 166). Conclusion: The expectation of counseling in college students has significant differences in gender, grade and prior experience. College students' expectation about counseling should be noticed and be made more realistic.
