Objective Using big data to analyze the wide application of the whole course management of urolithiasis cases in pre -hospital, in-hospital and out-hospital. Methods Patients with urinary stone disease in Fuxin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. MySql software was adopted to establish the database, gathering pre-hospital patients, the courts, outside the hospital data collection, through the pre-hospital comprehensive situation assessment, the courts the nursing, courtyard outside the follow -up treatment and syndrome differentiation and nursing intervention such as process management method, comprehensive analysis, put forward the exercise prescription, health education prescription, prescription drug treatment, physical treatment, psychological intervention prescription, rid of bad habits, dietary guidance seven excessive whole prescription patterns, and make a comprehensive conclusion and guidance. Results Preliminary exploration of the application system of big data analysis based on the complete management of urolithiasis cases is convenient for clinical medical staff to come up with more accurate and efficient prescription conclusions. Conclusion The patient whole-process management of big data analysis system enables doctors to more comprehensively and systematically and accurately evaluate patient status, treatment and nursing programs, improve cure rate and patient satisfaction, advance the initial construction of health medical big data application system in TCM hospitals, and bring "Internet + medical" into people's life.%目的 利用大数据分析尿石症病例全程管理工作在院前、院中、院外应用的广泛性.方法辽宁省阜新市中医医院泌尿外科尿石症患者,采用MySql软件建立数据库,采集患者院前、院中、院外所产生的数据集合,通过院前综合情况评估、院中治疗与辨证施护、院外随访与护理干预等全程管理方法,综合分析,提出运动处方、健康教育处方、药物治疗处方、物理治疗处方、心理干预处方、戒除不良嗜好、膳食指导七大处方的整体处方模式,并做出综合结论与指导.结果初步探索基于尿石症病例全程管理大数据分析应用体系,便于临床医护人员提出更加精准、高效的处方结论.结论患者全程管理大数据分析系统,医生更加全面系统准确的评判患者状态、治疗和护理方案更精准,提高了治愈率和患者满意度,推进健康医疗大数据应用体系在中医医院的初步构建,使"互联网+医疗"走进群众生活.
