This article presents the team building is very important in discipline construction, and puts forward the overal goals of team building. The article think about the important role of the leader, the cultivating way of young and middle-aged backbone, the construc-tion of talented person echelon and innovation team, the improvement of the academic team management mechanism, and combined with the instance.
