HPLC法测定人参益心丸中丹参酮ⅡA 的含量

摘要

目的：采用HPLC法建立人参益心丸的质量标准。方法用HPLC法对人参益心丸中丹参酮ⅡA 的含量进行测定。结果其中丹参酮ⅡA 的含量在0.0160～0.3206μg的范围内，线性关系良好，r＝0.9999，平均回收率99.23％，RSD为1.26％。结论建立了人参益心丸的质量标准，该方法操作易行，稳定可靠，用于人参益心丸中丹参酮ⅡA 的含量，可以用于该制剂的质量控制。%Objective To establish a standard for determination of tanshinone ⅡA in RenShenYinXin Pills.Methods Tanshinone ⅡA in RenShenYinXinPills by HPLC.Result The linear range of tanshinoneⅡA was 0.0160~0.3206μg,r =0.9999.The average recovery of tanshinoneⅡA was99.23% and RSD was1.26%.Conclusion The method is simple ,sensitive and accurte and can be used to determine tanshinoneⅡA in RenShenYinXinPills and quality control of RenShenYinXin Pills.
