濡脉主湿盛的机理探析

摘要

从分析濡脉与湿病（证）的关系出发，通过对中医书籍中湿病脉象分析、濡脉病证治法用药特点分析、濡脉患者病案证候分析及湿病现代研究资料分析等方法，探讨了“濡脉主湿盛”的形成机理，明确了脾虚与湿困是湿证最终表现出濡脉的两个关键因素，气血亏虚或相对亏虚不能鼓荡固摄血脉是形成濡脉的直接原因，同时也为湿证的治法用药提供了一些线索。%This paper discussed the forming mechanism of soft pulse indicating damp evil, revealed that spleen deficiency and dampness obstructing played a key role in soft pulse, the function lessening of qi and blood lead directly to soft pulse, and provided clues for damp-ness syndrome treatment through analyzing the pulse of dampness syndrome, the drug treatment, the syndrome of dampness cases and modern research materials of dampness.
