近8年某院住院儿童疾病谱的变化

摘要

Objective To understand changes of hospitalized children's disease spectrum in the past 8 years and to improve medical service quality and strengthen prevention and treatment of pediatric diseases.Methods Sort the top ten diseases from 2002 to 2009 by inpatient number and then analyze them in detail.Results Analyze the sequence arrangement of diseases constitute of pediatric disease spectrum, the inpatient composition has poor stability, and there is no change from 2002 to 2005, but significant changes in 2006 of the top ten diseases constitute.Conclusion Medical health departmentsShould strengthen the treatment of various diseases in children ,and improve prevention and treatment of children's frequently- occurring and common diseases, according to the rules and characteristics of childhood diseases constitute.%目的 了解某院收治住院儿童近8年的疾病谱变化,为提高医院医疗服务质量和加强儿科疾病防治工作提供科学依据.方法 将2002年-2009年共8年间在某院住院治疗的前10位病种按住院病人数进行排序并详细分析.结果 2002年-2005年的前10位疾病构成无明显变化,但从2006年开始疾病谱变化较前4年有明显改变.结论 根据儿童疾病构成规律和特点,医疗卫生部门应加强对儿童各种疾病的救治提高对儿童多发病、常见病的防治.
