目的 对CHKD、万方医学网和CMJD3个生物医学期刊全文数据库进行统计对比分析,为读者选择数据库提供参考依据.方法 对3个库收录的生物医学期刊数量、全文回溯年代和更新速度、目次页下载、检索方式等方面的数据进行提取,利用Excel进行统计分析.结果 3个库共收录全文生物医学期刊1813种.CMJD收录的生物医学全文期刊数量最多,有1516种.CHKD和万方医学网收录数量分别为1377种和1322种.2016年3个库收录生物医学全文期刊1392种,其中CHKD收录1101种,万方医学网收录916种,CMJD收录743种.CHKD独有期刊360种,万方医学网独有期刊170种,其中包含中华医学会系列期刊110种,CMJD独有期刊66种.CHKD收录的期刊回溯期最长,有864种期刊回溯到创刊年.共有期刊中,CHKD全文更新速度最快.结论 资源竞争导致3个库收录的期刊数量锐减,检索其中任何一个数据库都可能漏掉很多重要文献,读者应该对这3个数据库有一个全面了解,并根据自己的需求做出合理选择.%Objectives This paper made a statistical comparison and analysis of the three bio-medicine journals of CHKD, Wanfang medonline and CMJD, and provided a reference basis for readers to select the database. Methods Compares and analyzes the coverage, year coverage, update speeds, searching tactics of three domestic biomedical periodical full-text databases, and use the EXCEL for statistics and comparative analysis. Results The three databases included 1813 biomedical journals. CMJD had the largest number of biomedical full-text journals, with 1,516.The number of CHKD and Wanfang medical nets was 1,377 and 1322 respectively. In 2016, the total number of biomedical full-text journals in the three databases was 1392, among which there were 1101 kinds of CHKD and 916 kinds of Wanfang medonline, and 743 CMJD. There are 360 kinds of CHKD unique periodicals, and 170 kinds of Wanfang medonline including 110 kinds of journals of Chinese Medical Association and 66 types of CMJD.CHKD has the longest retrospective period, with 864 journals dating back to the year of publication. Conclusions Resource competition had resulted in a sharp decline in the number of periodicals recorded in three databases, retrieving any one of these databases would misses some important literature, library collection of journals to retrieve any one database would miss a lot of important literature, therefore, the reader should have a comprehensive knowledge of the three databases, and according to their own needs to select database.
