从病人权利的缺失看社会责任伦理的构建

摘要

In China, the absence of patients' rights and default of social responsibility ethics are quite sharp, so there is an urgent need to construct social responsibility ethics. To fulfill the construction of social responsibility ethics includes construction of government, related organizations to represent patients' rights and interests, media, medical institutions (all levels of hospitals) and the whole society. The implement of patients' rights and the awakening of social responsibility ethics consciousness are the foundations to highlight the social civilization and progress.%通过分析我国病人权利缺失的现况,提出对病人权利的真正尊重必须强调社会责任伦理:政府要承担伦理责任,确保医疗活动的公益性,病人权利相关组织应切实推进维权工作,媒体要承担起自身的社会伦理责任,客观、公正地报道,引导舆论方向,医疗卫生行业要做到将民众健康置于首位,全社会必须强化病人权利意识,推动人文道德关怀.只有病人权利的实现和社会责任伦理意识的觉醒,才能推进社会文明进步,提高社会文明程度.
