弘扬卫生职业精神,构建特色医院文化应从树立文化理念,推行文化战略;加强职业精神培育,树立正确价值观;构建医院主体文化,激励员工大爱无私;以医学伦理思想为导向,塑造高尚卫生职业精神;加强环境文化建设,实现医院社会双赢等方面着手,坚持通过文化建院,以打造品牌医院形象.%In order to cany forward medical professional spirit and construct characteristic hospital culture, we should set up the culture idea, implement the cultural strategy; strengthen professional spirit fostering, set up the correct values; construct hospital subject culture, incentive employees to have selfless love; take the medical ethics as the guide, shape noble health professional spirit; strengthen environmental culture construction to realize win -win between hospital and the society, and insist on building the hospital through culture to create brand image for hospital.
