云南医学院校医学生人际沟通能力及需求状况分析

摘要

目的 了解医学生在人际沟通方面的问题和需求.方法 对1410名医学生采用问卷调查方式进行人际沟通能力及需求状况调查.结果 医学生在人际沟通能力、人际沟通的主观心理、人际沟通主动性等方面存在问题.医学生在非语言沟通、实践锻炼、言语沟通、演讲表达等方面存在需求.结论 应该有针对性地对医学生进行人际沟通教育和辅导.%Objective: To understand the problems and requirements of medical students'interpersonal communication. Method: Questionnaires were used in 1410 students about the interpersonal communication skills and requirements. Results: There were differences in medical students'interpersonal communication skills; students'human communication psychological condition; the initiative of communication. Nonverbal communication, communi-cational practice, speech communication and speech and expression were needed. Conclusion: Medical student need the interpersonal communication education and counseling.
