上海市某三级甲等专科医院病人满意度工作的现状调查

         

摘要

Objective;To explore the effect of patient satisfaction and to promote the services. Method; A survey on the working status of patient satisfaction in a tertiary class - A special hospital in Shanghai was taken by u-sing questionnaire. Results; The hospital spirit civilization construction and patient satisfaction assessment work were widely recognized; Patient satisfaction should play a bigger role; Current work's weak spot layed in the follow - up work implement rectification. Conclusion; Under the new situation of medical reform, the importance of patient satisfaction has been widely recognized; Domestic patient satisfaction of work still needs to be constantly improved; The patients opinions and suggestions have some difficulties in application; Suggest that according to the research results and management experience in enterprise, establish a circular working mechanism.%目的 探讨影响公立医院提升病人满意度的因素,为进一步优化服务提供参考.方法 以上海市某三级甲等专科医院为对象,针对病人满意度工作开展问卷调查.结果 医院精神文明建设与病人满意度测评工作得到广泛认可;病人满意度工作应发挥更大作用;当前工作的薄弱之处需在后续工作中落实整改.结论 新医改形势下病人满意度的重要性已得到广泛认可;国内病人满意度工作尚需不断完善;病人意见及建议在运用中存在困难;建议根据调研结果,借鉴企业管理经验,建立环形工作机制.
