《护士伦理准则》背景下护士履行自杀守门人多重角色的思考∗

摘要

以《护士伦理准则》为背景，从教育者、识别者、评估者、计划者、照顾者、沟通者、保护者和转介者角色进行分析，探讨综合医院护士履行自杀守门人的多重角色时存在的伦理问题，并提出应对策略，为我国自杀预防护理研究和实践提供参考。%Under the background of Ethical Guidelines for Nurses, this paper analyzed the roles of educator, i-dentifier, assessors, planners, caregiver, communicator, protector and referral, discussed the ethical issues when nurses performing the multiple roles of suicide gate keeper in comprehensive hospitals, and put forward the coping strategies, in order to provide the reference for nursing research of suicide prevention and practice in China.
