基于人文关怀理念下的高职护生教育探讨

摘要

通过分析目前在医学院校高职护生中进行人文关怀教育的必要性，讨论了影响高职护生人文关怀能力培养的因素，最后指出目前的高职护理教育旨在培养具备专业知识、基本技能、人文关怀等综合素质的复合型人才。%Through analyzing the necessary of humanistic care education in higher vocational nursing students and discussing the influence factors of higher vocational nursing students' humanistic careability, this paper finally pointed out that the current higher vocational nursing education aimed to cultivate compound talents with compre-hensive quality of professional knowledge, basic skills, humanistic care, and so on.
