Objective:To understand the current situation of the core competence of college nursing students at the time of graduation,and to explore the factors influencing the core competence of nursing students,in order to provide reference for improving nursing education. Method:A total of 500 nursing students in our school were se-lected by cluster sampling method and were investigated using registered nurse core competency assessment scales-combining with interview. Result: The core competence of college nursing students was(164. 48 ± 34. 18). The core competence was significantly different in the different professional direction,student cadres, degree of love for nursing profession, professional thought stability (P<0. 05). The degree of love for the nursing profession was the most important influence factor of nursing students'core competence (P<0. 05). Conclusion:In nursing education, it is important to carry out professional guidance of nursing students, cultivate the professional interest, and firm professional thought to improve the core competence of nursing students.%目的:了解专科护理专业学生毕业即刻核心能力现状,探讨护生核心能力的影响因素,为改进护理教育提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样法选取某校护理专科生500名,采用注册护士核心能力测评量表并结合访谈法对学生进行调查。结果专科护生核心能力得分为(164.48±34.18)分,不同专业方向、是否学生干部、护理专业喜爱程度、专业思想稳固程度的护生核心能力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对护理专业喜爱程度是护生核心能力的最重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论在护理教育中,应对护生进行专业引导,培养专业兴趣,稳固专业思想以提高护生的核心能力。
