Objective To design an automatic self-timer medical blood sedimentation device for the pnmary hospital in rnvillages and towns. Methods There were four circuit units in device, including the power supply circuit, self-timer circuit,rndisplay circuit and voice alarm circuit. Results Tube's timing circuit unit was connected by touch switch after blood rnsedimentation tube was placed. The device's status was showed by the display circuit. The display circuit and voice alarm rncircuit could give an alarm when time was over. Conclusion The device is reliable, accurate in counting time, easy to use rnand lower cost. The device's parts can be bought in any market, and can be assemhled according to the diagram without any rnadjustment. It is suitable for such primary hospitals as the rural hospital, community hospital and clinic.[Chinese Medical rnEquipment Joumal,2011 ,32(2) ; 32-33]%目的:设计一种小型的适用于乡镇基层卫生院的医用自动计时血沉架.方法:整机主要由电源电路、计时电路、状态显示电路、语音提示电路4部分组成.结果:装上血沉管后.轻触开关自动接通该试管位的计时电路并开始计时;状态显示电路显示设备的正常工作状态,达到规定的时间后,状态显示电路和声音提示电路提示操作人员读取结果.结论:实验表明该设备计时准确、成本低、易于制作,所需配件均可在市场购得.按照该电路组装,无需调试可一次性成功,很适合目前乡镇卫生院、社区、个人门诊等基层医院使用.
