基于医疗服务过程控制的设备质量管理模式研究

摘要

Medical equipment has become an essential part in providing modern medical services. The quality management of medical equipment is analyzed with the adoption of ISO9001 process control. It is highly recommended to introduce a comprehensive quality control system, with respect to resources allocation, catalogue management, procurement, process control and quantity and quality monitoring of medical equipment. Additionally, the quality management system should bear the characteristics of effectiveness and feasibility to suffice the modern medical service process.%阐述了医疗设备在现代医疗服务活动中已成为不可或缺的基本要素之一.应用ISO9001国际标准的过程控制原理,分析了医疗服务过程中的设备质量控制模式.指出基于医疗服务过程控制需求应从医疗设备的资源配置、分类管理、采购决策、设备过程控制及相应数量与质量监控体系等方面构建设备质量管理模式;同时应当关注医疗服务提供过程对设备管理有效性与适宜性的基本要求,以满足现实的医疗服务过程需要.
