中医药临床诊疗支持系统研究

摘要

目的:研究并构建强直性脊柱炎和系统性红斑狼疮2种病症的中医药临床诊疗支持系统.方法:该系统以中医对强直性脊柱炎和系统性红斑狼疮独特的诊断、鉴别、治疗方案为基础,建立数据挖掘、统计分析、机器学习等具体算法和模型.结果:该系统实现了对2种病症的计算机辅助诊断、治疗和康复指导.结论:该系统有效指导了强直性脊柱炎和系统红斑狼疮的治疗,且有助于推进医院信息化建设.%Objective To research and build traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis support system for ankylosing spondylitis and systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods Based on the diagnosis, identification, and treatment programs of traditional Chinese medicine for ankylosing spondylitis and systemic lupus erythematosus, the algorithms and models were found, including data mining, statistical analysis and machine learning. Results The system realized the computer-aided diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation guidance for this two kinds of disease. Conclusion The system effectively guides the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and systemic lupus erythematosus, and so helps push forward the construction of hospital information.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(5) :52-53]
