DSA三维技术在治疗颈内动脉海绵窦瘘中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨旋转DSA及三维重建技术在外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘介入治疗中的应用价值.方法:对12例TCCF患者经股动脉穿刺成功后,先行常规全脑血管造影,再对感兴趣区行旋转DSA及三维重建技术处理.结果:12例患者旋转DSA采集的图像经重建后均能较好地显示瘘口位置及大小.结论:DSA三维重建后的图像能较好地显示瘘口位置及大小的同时,也减少了X线剂量和造影剂剂量,还可为术者提供较佳的工作角度,有着较大的临床应用价值.%Objective To investigate the applied value of rotational digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and 3D reconstruction technique in performing the interventional procedure for traumatic carotid cavernous fistula(TCCF).Methods Twelve TCCF patients underwent conventional brain vessels angiography after artery puncture,then rotational DSA and 3D reconstruction were performed in the region of interest(ROI).Results The location and size of the orificium fistulae were indicated well.Concclusion DSA 3D reconstruction can show the location and size of the orificium fistulae,and decrease Xray dosage and the contrast dose.
