目的:探讨应用刀锋技术扫描诊断踝关节疾病的临床价值.方法:收集我院2011年4月至2012年5月行踝关节磁共振成像扫描患者164例,分析T1WI、T2WI序列扫描.结果:2组患者扫描序列定性分析刀锋技术获得的信噪比和对比噪声比均显著高于常规磁共振技术,图像质量明显提高,能够清晰显示病变部位.与常规组相比,刀锋技术扫描出现运动伪影显著低于常规组,P<0.05.结论:刀锋技术扫描可提高磁共振成像分辨率,有效减少运动伪影,提高图像质量.%Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis value of blade technique for the diagnosis of the ankle joint disease. Methods There were 164 patients from April 2011 to May 2012 in General Hospital of the CAPF collected and then underwent MRI on the ankle joint, with the T1-WT and T2 -WI sequences analyzed. Results When compared with conventional MRI, blade technique resulted in significantly higher signal—noise ratio and contrast-noise ratio, enhanced image quality, clearly displayed disease regions and less motion artifact, with P<0.05. Conclusion Blade technique can make the resolution of MRI and image quality enhanced and motion artifact decreased.
