64排螺旋CT重建技术在小儿气管、支气管异物诊断中的应用

     

摘要

目的:探讨64排螺旋CT后处理重建技术在小儿气管、支气管异物诊断中的应用.方法:回顾性分析某院经支气管镜证实的小儿气管、支气管异物患者38例,所有病例进行64排螺旋CT检查,并应用多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)及仿真内窥镜重建(VE)技术,对异物进行多角度、多平面显示.结果:气管异物11例,右支气管异物18例,左支气管异物9例,合并不同程度阻塞性改变的23例,各种重建方法均可清晰显示气管、支气管异物的位置、形态、大小以及气管、支气管狭窄程度.结论:64排螺旋CT多种重建技术可准确诊断气管、支气管异物,并且具有检查时间短、无创、安全无痛苦等优点.%Objective To probe into the value of 64 -slice spiral CT reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of tracheobronchial foreign body in child. Methods A retrospective analysis was made for 38 children with tracheobronchial foreign bodies, who were confirmed by conventional bronchoscopy. The 38 ones then underwent the examination by 64-slice spiral CT, with the reconstruction by multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), volume rendering (CPR) and virtual endoscopy (VE), then the foreign bodies were displayed from multi angles and planes. Results There were 11 foreign bodies in trachea, 18 ones in right bronchia, 9 ones in left bronchia, and 23 ones complicated with obstructive changes. All the reconstruction methods could clearly display the position, shape and size of the foreign body as well as the degree of the tracheobronchial stenosis. Conclusion The 64-slice spiral CT reconstruction techniques can be used to diagnose bronchial foreign bodies, with short examination time and being non-invasive, safe and painless.
