多功能气流感应器的研制与临床应用

     

摘要

目的:研制一种多功能气流感应器并观察其临床应用效果.方法:根据人体呼吸时是气体在呼吸道内流动,且在声门及气管内气流最强烈的原理,研制了该多功能气流感应器.其感应气囊及活瓣对气流具有高度的灵敏性及可膨胀性,可随呼吸气流而移动和摆动,可据此定位声门及观察呼吸;同时可以气囊上的侧开口改变患者呼出气流或呛咳物喷出方向.结果:将该多功能气流感应器临床应用于经鼻及经口气管插管108例,均能准确引导并验证气管导管的位置.结论:此装置具有操作简便快捷、对气流有高度敏感性、有良好的安全防护功能、可全程观察等优点,具有临床使用价值及推广价值.%Objective To develop a multifunctional airflow sensor and observe its clinical application. Methods The airflow in the glottis and trachea was the strongest during respiration in the respiratory tract, then a multifunctional airflow sensor was developed accordingly. The inductive aerocyst and flap of the device were highly sensitive and expansive which could wave with the airflow, so that glottis locating and respiration monitoring could be realized. Meanwhile, the side opening on the aerocyst could change the direction of the exhaled air and expectorations. Results The clinical trial of 108 cases of endotracheal intubation through nose or mouth proved that the airflow sensor helped perform proper guidance and locate the tracheal tube. Conclusion The multifunctional airflow sensor has the advantages such as easy to operate, high sensation to airflow, excellent security features and full observation of intubation, and is worth popularizing for clinical application.
