去甲万古霉素致严重剥脱性皮炎1例

1例73岁男性因右侧臀部深部脓肿并右侧髋关节化脓性关节炎就诊，给予去甲万古霉素0.8 g，bid抗感染治疗。治疗第23天出现红斑、斑疹，后发展为剥脱性皮炎，经停用去甲万古霉素及抗过敏治疗后病情好转。%ABCTRACT A 73-year-old male patient with deep abscess on his right buttock and pyogenic arthritis of his right hip joint was given norvancomycin (0.8 g, bid) for anti-infection. On the twenty-third days after the treatment, erythema and macula appeared and then developed to exfoliative dermatitis. The symptoms were lessened after discontinuing the use of norvancomycin and giving the treatment of ananaphylaxis.
