硫普罗宁致过敏性休克1例

摘要

1例55岁女性患者，因肝硬化入院，给予硫普罗宁0.2 g ， ivdrip保肝治疗，首次滴注20 min时出现胸闷、呼吸急促、面色苍白等症状，血压：90/60 mmHg ，心率60次/min。考虑为硫普罗宁引起的过敏性休克。立即停药并予抗过敏及对症治疗，症状好转。%A 55-year-old female patient was hospitalized due to cirrhosis . Tiopronin ( 0 . 2 g , ivdrip ) was given to protect liver. About 20 min after the drug was given, the symptoms of chest tightness, shortness of breath and pale occurred , with BP 90/60 mmHg , HR 60/min . Anaphylactic shock caused by tiopronin was considered , the symptoms were improved after discontinuation of tiopronin immediately and antianaphylaxis and symptomatic treat-ments were given .
