杭州西湖后申遗时代的保护与管理

摘要

西湖申遗成功,标志着杭州进入了后申遗时代.保护西湖是我们的永恒主题.面对城市发展所带来的城湖空间关系影响、景区开发建设、旅游和交通等方面的压力,西湖后申遗时代我们准备好了吗?从管理“国家公园”向管理“世界公园”的转变,我们准备好了吗?通过对城湖空间保护、遗产区建设控制、游客分流、交通管理等方面的研究和思考,提出相应对策.目的是为了更好地保管好西湖这一世界文化遗产,当好历史文化遗产的“薪火传人”.%The success of the West Lake being listed in the World Heritage List marks the beginning of the "post biding-for-heritage era" of Hangzhou. The protection of the West Lake is an eternal theme. Urban development may bring a lot of pressures on the scenic area such as new construction, growing tourists and traffic and so on. Are we well prepared to face these challenges? Are we well prepared to manage a world-class landscape? Based on studies and researches, the paper focuses on finding ways to protect the spatial feature of the West Lake, control the construction within the heritage area, as well as manage tourists and traffic. The object is to protect and manage the West Lake Cultural Landscape Heritage better, and pass it on generation after generation.
