With the accelerating of economic development and urbanization process, the destruction of wetland in city surroundings is becoming more serious, leading to increased pollution and area reduction and functional degradation of wetland, but it didn't arouse much attention from people. This phenomenon is contrary to the sustainable development of cities and the dream that people long for living in the comfortable natural environment. In this paper, through the SWOT analysis of the current conditions of Bailanghe River Wetland Park, the principle, objectives and technical measures of wetland habitat restoration is fixed. This thesis introduces the specific methods in functional division, water system construction, transportation and organization, to promote the restoration ecosystem of wetland and realize the sustainable development.%随着经济的发展及城市化进程的不断加快,城市周边的湿地破坏情况日益严重,导致污染加剧,湿地的面积减少、生态功能退化,湿地环境没有得到人们应有的重视.这种现象有悖于城市的可持续发展及人们对美好自然生态环境的向往.通过对白浪河现状进行SWOT分析,确定湿地生境恢复的原则、目标及相应的技术措施.介绍了白浪绿洲湿地公园在功能分区、水系营造、植被修复、交通及活动组织等方面的具体手法,以修复白浪河湿地生态环境,实现城市生态的协调可持续发展.
