社区户外活动场地空间环境特征对老年人吸引力的多元回归模型

摘要

基于对深圳市华侨城片区公共型社区户外活动场地空间环境特征、老年活动人群的调查和观测,通过数据间的多元回归分析,建立了社区户外活动场地空间环境特征对老年人吸引力的多元回归模型.该模型揭示了老年人活动人数与场地空间环境特征之间的定量关系.通过使用该模型,计算了华侨城片区的场地吸引力得分,提出了判断场地吸引力强弱的阈值.通过分析模型回归系数,提出了利于场地吸引力提升的改进措施.%This study investigates and observes the special environment characteristic of public outdoor activity fields in community,and activities of the elderly in Shenzhen OCT area,and uses multiple regression analysis to establish a model to reveal the quantitative relationship between the number of the aged in activity and special environment characteristic of outdoor activity fields.By using the model,it calculates the attraction scores in OCT area,and provides the threshold to judge the attractiveness of a field.By analyzing the regression coefficients of the model,it puts forward the improvement measures of the fields.
