禽流感病毒血凝素基因研究进展

摘要

Hemagglutinin (HA) plays an important role in the process of cohesion and transmembrane of avian influenza virus (AIV).HA has been the hot in the study of AIV.This paper reviews the research advances onAIVand HAgene,struc ture and function of protein encoded by HA gene,and Cleavage site.It is intended to serve as a guide for detection and control of avian influenza (AI).%血凝素在禽流感病毒感染细胞过程中起到了关键作用,对血凝素基因的相关研究一直是禽流感研究的重点和热点.文章从禽流感病毒简介,血凝素基因的结构特点,血凝素基因编码的蛋白质结构与功能,血凝素裂解位点的研究情况等方面进行了综述.可以为禽流感的预防和治疗提供参考.
