超声介入治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿观察

摘要

目的 探讨超声引导下介入治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的疗效及可行性.方法 超声引导下穿刺卵巢巧克力囊肿,抽出囊内液,冲洗囊腔后注入无水乙醇.结果 治疗6个月后,全部患者囊肿均有缩小,总有效率100.0%;32例患者囊肿消失26例,总治愈率81.3%.结论 超声介入治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿,方法简单,效果确切,可重复性强,复发率低,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To discuss the curative effect and feasibility of ultrasonic interventional therapy of ovary chocolate cyst. Methods Under ultrasound guidance ovary chocolate cyst was punctured and the fluid in the pouch was extracted. After flushing the pouch absolute alcohol was poured into the cavity. Results After 6-month treatment, the chocolate cyst of all of patients were reduced and the total effective rate was 100. 00% . Cyst disappeared in 26 of 32 patients, and the cure rate was 81. 3% . Conclusion Ultrasonic interventional therapy of ovary chocolate cyst is simple and effective. It is also repetitive and the recurrence rate is low, so it deserves further clinical applications.
