摘要

National and international policy documents were collected and literatures were reviewed to describe the evolvement of the system on children 's regular health examination service , different situations in abroad , influence of health examination on children , quality and effect monitoring. The aim is to provide evidence for the implementation of children 's regular health examination.%收集国内外相关政策文件及文献,进行文献回顾,阐述儿童定期健康体检服务制度的演变、各国健康体检的开展情况、健康体检对儿童的作用、质量以及效果观察等,为儿童健康体检的开展提供依据.
