目的：调查四川地区孕产妇对新生儿遗传代谢病筛查相关知识的认知情况，为今后开展有效的新生儿疾病筛查健康教育提供依据。方法采用随机抽样法，用自制问卷调查四川地区6家医疗机构2014年5月10至20日期间住院的孕产妇，并进行分析。结果有79．4％的孕产妇通过不同医院宣传途径获知新生儿遗传代谢病筛查知识，仅有9．8％能够准确回答全部筛查内容，有93．9％认为进行新生儿遗传代谢病筛查是必要的，94．2％有意愿继续了解相关知识。经单因素分析显示，文化程度、职业、年均收入与答题正确率不同差异有统计学意义（χ2值分别为12．022、19．177、10．334，均P＜0．05）。不同职业和年均收入是新生儿遗传代谢病筛查认知水平的独立影响因素，差异均有统计学意义（χ2值分别为16．630、10．267，均P＜0．05）。结论孕产妇认知水平较低且主动获知意识差，但被动学习意愿强，因此，以医院为主开展多渠道、多样化的健康教育工作以提高新生儿遗传代谢病筛查认知水平是很有必要的。%Objective To survey the cognition of pregnant and parturient women on newborn genetic metabolic disease screening knowledge in the areas of Sichuan province , so as to provide scientific basis for health teaching related to the newborn genetic metabolic disease screening.Methods Random sampling strategy was employed to select maternal women admitted in 6 medical institutions in Sichuan province since May 10 to 20 in 2014 to complete home-made questionnaires .Results Among the investigated pregnant and parturient women, 79.4%could get the newborn genetic metabolic disease screening knowledge from hospitals , but only 9.8% could answer the question precisely.There were 93.9% of them thinking newborn genetic metabolic disease screening necessary , and 94.2% had the invention to get the screening knowledge .The single factor analysis showed that there was significant difference in cultural degree , occupation and annual income (χ2 value was 12.022, 19.177 and 10.334, respectively, all P<0.05).Occupation and annual income were independent influencing factors of basic knowledge of newborn genetic metabolic disease screening , and the differences were significant (χ2 value was 16.630 and 10.267, respectively, both P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal cognitive level is relatively low and their actively learn consciousness is poor , but the passive learning willingness is strong .Therefore , it is necessary for hospitals to carry out multi-channel and diversified health education to improve the cognition of knowledge of newborn genetic metabolic disease screening .
